Since my large internal medicine general practice opened in 1979, a 12-hour day has been the norm. A working day you, my colleagues, will no doubt be used to. As a successful internist and traditional orthodox medical practitioner I was totally opposed to complementary medicine. My stubborn opinion that complementary practitioners were all “weirdos” who were incapable of rational, scientific thought proved to be a clichéd stereotype, however. “How can someone so vehemently opposed to complementary medicine methods suddenly be converted?”, my colleagues frequently asked me.

It was purely by chance: At an orthodox medicine training programme in 1993 I got talking to a very studious colleague whose favourite subjects at school had, like me, been maths and physics. She spoke enthusiastically about a science-based therapy called Bioresonance therapy. After lengthy discussions on the subject my curiosity got the better of me and I found myself a few weeks later at an introductory seminar held by Regumed. The BICOM device shown here and the wealth of information about the therapy heightened my enthusiasm to such an extent that I signed up there and then for an allergy seminar. It was there that I got to know Dr. Peter Schumacher, a very successful and respected paediatrician who had been using Bioresonance therapy to diagnose and treat patients for years. Following this seminar I bought my own BICOM device. After a few teething problems I soon learnt how to integrate Bioresonance therapy into the busy working day at my practice. I reorganised my practice rooms and sent my assistant on a series of Regumed Institute seminars to train her up as a Bioresonance therapist. The “mixture” of complementary medicine and orthodox medicine began to gel successfully after a few weeks.

Since then we have treated some 800 patients, with around 460 suffering from allergies or neurodermatitis. They are predominantly children and the success rate is over 90%. All patients have been delighted with the results. My own motto for treatment is: the younger and the more ill they are, the easier they are to treat, a fact which has been confirmed time and time again. This means that for a 3-year old patient success is almost “guaranteed”. To end with, here are a few words about changes I made personally regarding Bioresonance therapy.

On 01.01.2001 I gave up my work as a health service GP and have since then been doing just private work as a GP and Bioresonance therapist.

Dr. Karl Hermes, Duisburg

Being very sceptic at the beginning, I gradually started to work with simple therapies as well as appropriate and tested basic therapies. But I became more and more skilled after having learned some test methods and I had positive results. Due to my courage and my conviction in how to proceed and supported by attending many seminars, I became more and more self-assured. Today I am very much interested to put into practice all the new, consistently growing knowledge in the field of Bioresonance. It is very important to me to work efficiently on chronic and acute diseases with the help of the BICOM device. All this is confirmed by the strongly improved health situation of many patients.

Gerda Malzer, Naturopath

For 12 years I have been working with Bioresonance therapy and I cannot imagine my practice without this kind of therapy. Besides, Bioresonance therapy fits very well into my personal convictions.

I exclusively treat chronically allergic patients, to whom conventional medicine could not offer any further help.

I am dependant on the BICOM 2000 device and cannot think working without it.
