Chronic recurrent abdominal pain Report: MU Dr./Univ. Prague R. K. Patient: A. G. 22 years old, female Diagnosis: Chronic recurrent abdominal pain, abdominal adhesion, condition following complicated ovary reconstruction after ruptured left ovarian cyst with simultaneous appendectomy at age 18 and following removal of left ovary at 19 due to ovarian cyst. Considerable adhesion in the minor pelvis was detected on this occasion. Chronic cystitis. Case history: Repeated physiotherapy with hot vaginal mud tamponage and fibrolytic transabdominal vibrotherapeutics with only temporary remission of abdominal pain. |
Therapy: BICOM basic therapy was first administered following conductivity testing. First follow-up therapy: programme for eliminating interference from abdominal scar. Second follow-up therapy according to individual setting, inverted pathological oscillations, vaginal smear in input cup. Result: 23 months have now elapsed since this one treatment and the patient no longer has abdominal trouble and there has been no further cyst formation. |
