BICOM Bioresonance therapists have joined together in two associations: the International BICOM Bioresonance Therapy Medical Study Group (IMA-BRT) is primarily a union of over 1000 registered doctors and dentists working with BICOM Bioresonance Therapy. The BICOM Bioresonance Therapy Society (BICOM BRT) mainly represents non-medical practitioners working with BRT.

- To work towards a helpful, considerate and relevant exchange of ideas and a constructive understanding between conventional medicine and naturopathy in the interests of the patient
- To advance research in the field of Bioresonance therapy
- To undertake tasks relating to the formation of medical policy as and when required
- To explore optimal therapy developments for the benefit of the patient and to publicise these among their number and amongst patient groups.
